I just want to update you on my wife and thank you for all concerned about her health.
The operation went well but she is still unable to keep food down due to the fact she has reflux it could be that her body is still recovering and just needs time or it could be something else, the hospital has booked her in for a CT scan a week on Sunday to see what else is going on, I will update this post when I find out more. In the meantime, I can't live stream as I'm looking after her and I would not enjoy it knowing she is so ill but I will post some videos of some of the bonus wins.
Thank you all and I do know I should not post this here but I just wanted to share it with you all

I'm hopping to start livestreaming again soon, my wife is of the machine now and we have an Hospital appointment on Thursday where she is going to have a endoscope inserted to see if every thing is ok.
If all is well and she carries on improving we should be back to normal
I wish I could help. Hope things go smoothly.
Update: My wife has been experiencing frequent sickness lately, and we believe it may be attributed to various factors such as reflux, NJ tube, stress, and the radiotherapy. Additionally, her mindset could be playing a role in her health issues. So to eliminate some of the causes of her sickness, my wife has asked to have the NJ tube removed and she has started taking mdications for her reflux, The NJ tube will be removed this Monday 5/02/24 by Medway Hospital.
So for the next 2 weeks she will need to take food (liquid form for now) to keep her alive . if after that she still has the same issues she will need to go back on to the NJ tube, Maidstone Hospitail have agreed that they will install this if she needs it.
Sorry for not livestreaming but there is no point for me doing this because of her constantly being sick I would have to stop the livestream to help her.
Fingers crossed this works or I will be taking her back to the Hospitail.
Update 17/01/24 GOON NEWS the cancer has shrunk and the oesophagus has opened up woohoo.
Now my wife needs to start taking liquids down without using the tube if she can do this she can have the NJ tube out and start living a normal life again. I am so relieved
On Wednesday, January 17th, 2024, we will finally uncover whether we have received good news or bad news. I sincerely apologize for the absence of livestreaming recently. However, I want to explain that my wife and I are currently facing a challenging period. As a result, I have had to reduce the frequency of video uploads on my main channel. fingers crossed
Hello everyone, I hope you're doing well. I apologize for not posting much lately, but my wife has been going through some tough times, as you can imagine. Today, she saw the thyroid specialist who reassured us that there are no issues with her thyroid, which is a relief. However, the situation with her esophagus is a bit more challenging. She won't have a CT scan until January, and we'll have to wait two more weeks for the results. (Fingers crossed for good news.)
This Thursday, she's scheduled to have her tube replaced, and she's not looking forward to it as she has described it as a horrible experience. On a positive note, she's now able to drink small amounts of water and tea, which is encouraging. We attempted to introduce liquid food, but unfortunately, it made her sick. We've decided to wait a few days and will try again with the food tomorrow.
I'm hopeful to do a livestream before Christmas. Thank you all for your understanding and support.
Sorry, I haven't been online much or haven't provided any updates.
For once, we have some positive news. Today, we had a phone meeting with the cancer doctor, and she informed my wife that she can now begin drinking small sips of water and gradually increase the intake over several days to see how she tolerates it. The doctor made this recommendation based on the information my wife provided.
This has lifted her spirits tremendously, and I feel the same way. This could be a turning point for her.
Update on the wife 04/10/23
She ended up in the hospital Sunday because I could not unblock her tube, but they managed to clear it the next day.
She's had her last treatment and now we have to wait to see how it will affect her.
They say she might get very ill over the next 2 weeks as the radiotherapy will still be working
It can take anywhere from 6 to 12 weeks depending on the person for the final results.
She is so worn out with it all. I am going back to work tomorrow but her sister is going to stay with her when I'm at work in the daytime. Thanks again every one for your understanding.
Sorry, I meant to say it's not curable. It might mean they can shrink it and control it, but they won't commit themselves to anything at the moment; they just say it's not curable.
Update 28/09/23 It's been confirmed today that my wife's cancer is not curable we are going to ask tomorrow how long she has and if there are any trials she could try that might save her.
Update on my wife, she has started her treatment (intense radiotherapy) as of yesterday no side effects yet but that might take a bit of time to come out from what I have been reading. I hope you are all well and I will try and do some more livestreaming soon.
Hi Yorkie. Just checking in. Has she started treatment yet. I hope it's going well. been thinking of you both x
We now have dates for all of her radiotherapy appointments starting Wednesday the 20/09/23 for just over 2 weeks.
Sorry all for not being around, This Wednesday my wife is having another CT scan and then I think the week after she will start her treatment.
Update 15/08/23 Just had a phone call from Medway Hospital, they have looked at the PET scan and the canser has not spread it can be treated with an operation or kimo, but she might be too weak for any treatment at the moment so they will need to do an assessment
So the PET scan, not the PAT scan is tomorrow 14/08/23 and it will take about 1 week for us to find out how bad it is, in the mean time she is now home ataached to a machine that feeds her a liqud food to build her up.
thinking of you both yorkie, and as other people have said, if theres anything i can do let me know
New update for you all
08/08/2023 just sent this email.
(Sorry about this but I now think and so do my family and friends think the same that we are getting the run-around.
This is what I wrote to NHS England and to Pals.
(Hello, I am writing to you about my wife who is currently in Medway Hospital, We have been going backwards and forwards with her to her doctors Boots Chatham one in Strood and one in Chatham dockside about the fact she could not eat her food.
She had an enlarged thyroid and we thought it was causing the problem so we kept in contact with the Hospital and in the end they moved her operation forward (13/07/2023).
Then 2 days later I took her back to Boots of Chatham about she could still not eat and her food and water were coming back up.
He said we need to give it time.
So we gave it time until the end of the week. My wife was getting worse and I phoned 111. They sent an ambulance and she has been in the hospital ever since.
We are now waiting to find out if she has cancer or not.
They tell you you should get treatment as soon as possible, but her so Called Doctors just gave us the run-around
Now she might die because they did not help.
Medway Hospital has been brilliant, with 1 exception Yesterday 29/07/23, they moved her to a new ward she went from phoenix ward to Jade Ward just out of the blue and told her nothing, this scared her she sat there all day waiting to be put on the system
With only her food bag. (manager has apologised)
It would have been nice if someone had said to her don't worry we won't forget you, it just takes time to add you to the system.
They had no idea what medication she is meant to be on and she should have had a sign saying telling them she can't eat or drink
Sorry to complain but I love her so much and I don't want her to die because her Doctors did not diagnose or send her for a test
This has not been edited in any way and there are some mistakes in the text but if I was to add more and re-edited the text and go back even further it would get worse for the Boots (So called Doctors )
My point is clear: your Doctors (Boots Chatham 4 surgery I think) are not reading the notes or they don't care or they can't read I am not sure.
But when you go to the Doctor and you say to them LOOK THE FOOD IS NOT GOING DOWN AND 4 HOURS LATER IT IS ALL COMING BACK UP THEY SHOULD TAKE NOTE.
It is not rocket science. I know that there is a problem.
When you spent 2 years maybe 3 going back and forth with reflux why does no one think there's a problem here?
As far as I can see your system does not work or(The Doctors do not care only about the money)
What would you say if it was your wife and she did not eat for 8 plus weeks what would you do? trust the doctor or call 111/999 that's what I did.
At the time of writing this email, my wife is in the hospital with cancer and they tell me the sooner I tell the doctor the better chance they have to survive.
It's a good job I don't post this on my Youtube channel(because I am so tempted, In my opinion }
But the reason I don't is that the team looking after her is 90% good.
Yes not perfect but better than expected.
I just needed to get this off my chest
I am trying to find who I am meant to send this to as NHS England and PALs keep giving me different links
I get the feeling that they don't want me to complain, but I need to do this not just for my wife but to make it a better system
Please let me know your thoughts
Kind regards
David
Please note
My wife now has seen a counsellor I had to speak to McMillion about this, this is because I contacted McMillion I think, she now has a Pet scan booked for tomorrow, thank you, McMillion,
Again, is this because I contacted McMillion? I should not have to chase this up.
When you have a sick person that means the world to you and you have a first-class NAS, you should be able to trust them to do the right thing.
I have told my wife that as soon as possible we will change her Doctor (BOOTS Chatham what A JOKE) to my Doctor who is in the city way of Rochester Kent.
I don't know who to write to because it is so hard to find an email. My only hope is that you can forward this to someone.
I will post this on all my channels to highlight how bad my wife's doctors (in my own opinion) are.
It's now midnight as I sit here writing this email because I can't sleep (worried sick)
Kind regards
David
Thanks all for your support, Sorry for not streaming, she is waiting for a PAT scan that will show how bad it is and then thay can deside what to do next, so I'm hoping by the end of next week we have a plan of action.
